Rec & Ed's Before/After Care program promotes children's well-being through enrichment activities, positive relationships, and a safe environment. Our caring staff create a welcoming environment for all.

Lower Fees and Part-Time Schedules available for the 2024-25 School Year!

• With the expansion of the child care program to additional schools, Rec & Ed was able to lower fees for Before and After Care.
• A non-refundable registration fee of $7 per "activity" per student is charged at the time of registration. For example, registering for M/W/F After Care is one "activity."

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - $128.00 
Tuesday, Thursday - $86.00 
Full time (M, T, W, Th, F) - $214.00

After Care Monthly Fees*
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - $193.00
Tuesday, Thursday - $128.00
Full time (M, T, W, Th, F) - $321.00
*Elementary only
Fees are billed in 10 monthly installments. 

Minimum enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year

• With county and state grant funds ending and a permanent increase in staff wages, Rec & Ed has established minimum enrollment numbers in order to cover all program costs.
• Before care programs must have a minimum of 15 students enrolled to open.
• After care programs must have a minimum of 30 students enrolled to open.

Assistance for Program Fees

Programs are available to families needing financial assistance who meet income eligibility requirements:

• Childcare Network offers family support and a scholarship program.   Apply for this scholarship program and obtain additional information here.
• The Rec & Ed Scholarship Program offers fee waivers to families each year. We offer 25%, 50% and 75% fee waivers to those who apply and qualify. Families may apply for assistance for the 2024-25 school year beginning on July 15, 2024. Check back closer to that date for a link to the registration form.
  
  

After School Enrichment Classes

Looking for after school classes? Rec & Ed offers after school enrichment classes that run until 5:00 or 5:30 p.m. one day per week for 6-12 weeks.
