Hello! My name is Veronica Nowicki and I am beginning my 28th year of teaching at Lawton Elementary! I have taught fourth grade, a 3/4 combination class, third grade, and now second grade. I have lived in Ann Arbor for 27 years and I love spending time here with my family and our dog, Addie.

My favorite book is The Story of Ferdinand by Munro Leaf because it reminds me of the years I spent living in Spain as a child.

My favorite subject when I was in elementary school was reading because I loved reading all types of books-poetry, fantasy, mysteries, and so much more!
